Nueterra Capital Management was created with this investment philosophy firmly in place and quickly raised its first three private equity funds with a primary investment focus on private companies in the healthcare, real estate and bioscience industries, most of which were being actively managed or developed by Nueterra Healthcare or Nueterra Properties Group. In essence, the investors into these new funds were benefiting from the management and leadership of not one management team, but three - all rallying around a single goal of maximizing the investment returns of their partners.
