The combined success and synergies of these two companies expanded the net worth of their clients to such an extent, that both management teams began receiving requests for additional investment opportunities.
Nueterra Capital Management was created in 2003 with this management philosophy firmly in place and quickly raised it's first three equity funds with a primary business investment focus on private companies in the healthcare, real estate and bioscience industries; most of which were being actively managed or developed by Nueterra Healthcare or Nueterra Real Estate. In essence, the investors into these new funds were benefiting from the management and leadership of not one management team, but three - all rallying around a single goal of maximizing the investment returns of their particular client base.
